A 30-day GoHighLevel trial, and what it settles

The partner link on this page opens a 30-day trial and includes the HighLevel Bootcamp at no charge. The supplier’s public pricing page listed 14 days when it was read on 20 September 2026 — two routes to the same product, on different terms. What follows is the part that outlasts any offer: what the trial opens, what a month is long enough to prove, and what you pay once it ends.

How long the trial runs, and what comes with it

Two figures, two different things. Thirty days is the term the partner link on this page opens. Fourteen is what the supplier listed publicly on the date shown above. Partner links carrying their own terms is ordinary — it is the reason they exist — so neither figure refutes the other, and both are printed here rather than whichever one reads better.

The HighLevel Bootcamp comes with that trial at no charge. What it covers is described on the supplier’s own page and not on this one: its programme was not supplied to this site, and a programme nobody here has seen is not something to summarise.

  1. Check what the trial opens, not only how long it runsWhich plan it gives you, what is excluded, and whether a card is required at signup. Two trials of identical length can differ completely on those three points.
  2. Screenshot the terms before you create the accountWith the date visible. If the terms differ later, that capture is your only record of what you were offered. It costs five seconds.
  3. Put the end date in the calendar on day oneSet the reminder for day twenty-five, not day thirty. A month is long enough to lose track of, and a decision taken on the last afternoon is not a decision — it is a renewal you did not get round to stopping.

What you are actually trialling

GoHighLevel bundles into one account several things most businesses buy separately: a contact database with pipelines, an automation builder, a booking calendar, and outbound email and telephony. The supplier documents each of these.

That bundling is the whole proposition, and it is also where the decision lies. If you already pay for a scheduling tool, an email platform and a phone system, the comparison is not against a CRM — it is against the sum of what you run today. If you only need a contact database, you are trialling far more than you need and the price will reflect that.

What this site does not tell youWhether any of it suits your business. Documentation establishes that a feature exists; it says nothing about whether it fits the way you already work. That is exactly what a trial is for, and it is why the next page is a list of things to try rather than a list of features.

What a trial settles, and what it cannot

A trial answers three questions well. Can your existing records get in, and back out again? Does one complete piece of your real work take fewer steps inside the system than it does now? And can a second person use it without being trained by you? Everything else it answers badly or not at all.

It cannot tell you what you will spend, because the usage charges for calls and messages only appear at volume. It cannot tell you how support behaves when something breaks in month eight. And it cannot tell you how hard it is to leave — which is the question most people only ask once it matters.

What it costs when the trial ends

  • Starter $97 per month · per account
  • Unlimited $297 per month · per account
  • Agency Pro $497 per month · per account

Read those as charged per account rather than per user. Most comparable tools price per seat, so the same headline figure behaves very differently as a team grows: a per-seat price multiplies, an account price does not. At one or two people the distinction is academic; it stops being academic somewhere between five and fifteen, depending entirely on which plan your work actually requires.
